Community Remembrance for Buffalo and Laguna Woods - Friday, May 20 at 9:30 am

At 9:30 a.m. this Friday, the Office of Access, Equity, and Equal Opportunity is hosting a community-wide moment of remembrance in Ray’s Courtyard at the Rice Memorial Center. During this event, the names of all of those killed during the hate-motivated incidents at Tops Supermarket in Buffalo, N.Y., and the Geneva Taiwanese Presbyterian Church in Laguna Woods, Calif., will be read, followed by a moment of silence. This event is open to the entire Rice community.
