The Office of Access, Equity and Equal Opportunity provides educational support to the Rice community by facilitating training, workshops and vital conversations about fostering accessible, equitable and inclusive environments.

AEEO provides training in the areas of discrimination, harassment, Sexual Misconduct/Title IX, workplace civility, diversity recruitment and other matters. To benefit the learners, AEEO will collaborate with campus partners to create custom trainings to fit the specific needs of the requesting group.
